By separating the center face from the barrel, RM Forged can mix and match spoke designs with custom barrel widths and offsets, making the AR21 a popular choice for stance builds, staggered performance setups, and one-off custom fitments that a monoblock wheel can't easily accommodate.

Design & Construction

• Forged 2-Piece Assembly — a forged center face is bolted or welded to a forged barrel, allowing independent control over width, offset, and lip style for each wheel. This construction is ideal for staggered fitments (different front/rear widths) and deep concave applications.
• AR21 Spoke Design — a bold, multi-spoke face with sculpted spoke edges and a deep-set hub area, designed to sit forward or recessed depending on the chosen lip configuration for a strong visual presence from any angle.
• Barrel Construction Options — available with bolted (visible hardware) or welded (seamless) barrel-to-face joints, and in standard, step-lip, or reverse-lip barrel profiles.
• Custom Concavity — because the face and barrel are forged and machined separately, the AR21 supports aggressive concave geometry that would be difficult to achieve in a true monoblock.

Material & Manufacturing

• Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum — both the face and barrel are forged (not cast) for a denser, more fatigue-resistant grain structure than cast or flow-formed wheels, then precision CNC-machined to final tolerance.
• Hardware — stainless steel or titanium bolt kits join the face to the barrel, torqued and thread-locked to spec; hardware finish (black, silver, gold, titanium) is selectable to match or contrast the wheel finish.
