Separating the center face from the barrel lets RM Forged pair the AR24's spoke design with custom barrel widths and offsets, making it a strong option for stance builds, staggered performance setups, and one-off fitments a monoblock wheel can't easily accommodate.

Design & Construction

• Forged 2-Piece Assembly — a forged center face is bolted or welded to a forged barrel, giving independent control over width, offset, and lip style per wheel — ideal for staggered fitments (different front/rear widths) and deep concave applications.
• AR24 Spoke Design — a bold, wide-spoke face with pronounced negative space between spokes and a deep-set hub, creating a strong shadow-and-light contrast that reads as more dramatic and three-dimensional than earlier AR-series faces.
• Barrel Construction Options — available with bolted (visible hardware) or welded (seamless) barrel-to-face joints, in standard, step-lip, or reverse-lip barrel profiles.
• Custom Concavity — because the face and barrel are forged and machined separately, the AR24 supports aggressive concave geometry that's difficult to achieve in a true monoblock.

Material & Manufacturing

• Forged 6061-T6 Aluminum — both face and barrel are forged (not cast) for a denser, more fatigue-resistant grain structure than cast or flow-formed wheels, then precision CNC-machined to final tolerance.
• Hardware — stainless steel or titanium bolt kits join the face to the barrel, torqued and thread-locked to spec; hardware finish (black, silver, gold, titanium) is selectable to match or contrast the wheel finish.
