Every MR12 starts life as a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, forged under thousands of tons of pressure to compress the metal's grain structure — a process that produces a wheel far stronger and lighter than any cast or flow-formed alternative at the same size.

Construction

The MR12 splits into a forged monoblock center face and a separate forged barrel, joined with grade 8 stainless hardware and a precision-sealed lip for a fully weather-tight fit. Building the barrel and face separately is what lets RM Forged offer the wheel in virtually any width and offset combination without re-tooling the whole wheel — so the same face design can be built shallow and aggressive for a daily driver or stretched into a deep concave for a show fitment.
